1 General Terms & Introduction

2 Account Registration & Usage

Account Security

• Pre-match bets: Odds may change up until the match starts; the odds at the time your bet is placed are final
• Live bets: Bets can be placed at real-time odds; however, tk11 bet is not responsible for issues caused by lag or connection drops
• You can place bets on multiple events at once (accumulator/parlay)
• Any attempt to fix matches or gain an unfair advantage through dishonest means will result in immediate account termination

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Tk11 bet's bonus offers are provided as an added benefit for members. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be met.

Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a bonus at a set rate on their first deposit
• To claim the welcome bonus, your first deposit must be made within 7 days of registration
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete wagering of at least 10x the original bonus amount

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer can only be used once per account
• Once a bonus expires, any unused bonus balance will be removed from your account
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed from the same household or the same IP address

• Attempting to cheat or manipulate any betting outcome
• Involvement in money laundering or any illegal transactions
• Threatening or harassing behaviour toward others

When an account is closed, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) is generally refunded. However, if fraud is proven, the entire balance may be forfeited. You can also request account closure at any time by contacting our support team.
